Bacon, lettuce, tomatoes – add chicken to this classic and make it keto style. This has been my favorite salad as of late!

Ingredients :
Boneless chicken thighs 450g
Butter 30 g
Bacon 225 g
Cherry tomatoes 110 g
Lettuce or Romaine lettuce 275 g
Salt and pepper to taste
Mayonnaise 175 ml
Garlic powder ½ tsp.
Method
Step 1
Fry the bacon in the butter until golden brown and remove from the pan.
In the same frying pan, put the minced chicken thigh fillets and season with salt and pepper. Fry until tender.
Step 2
Place lettuce, tomatoes in a bowl, place chicken and bacon on top.
Mix mayonnaise and garlic powder and dress the salad.
