Ingredients :

800g Zucchini

2 pcs. Egg

1 egg Whites

Almond flour 80g

Grated Parmesan cheese 60 g

Garlic (powder), salt and pepper to taste


Step 1
Grate the zucchini and squeeze out the excess moisture with gauze or paper towel. Put the zucchini in a bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

Step 2
Transfer the batter to the preheated waffle iron for 7-9 minutes. Then, turn off the waffle iron and allow the waffles to simmer slightly for 3-5 minutes before removing them.
