Croutons with garlic and Parmesan

Nothing like flavorful keto croutons to liven up your soup or salad! Crunchy on the outside, tender on the inside…you’ll agree, it’s just what you’ve been dreaming of).

Ingredients :

Almond flour 50g

White egg 2 pcs.

Parmesan cheese 2 tablespoons

Psyllium 4 tsp.

Avocado oil 1 tbsp.

Leavening agent 1 tsp.

Salt 1 to taste

Dry garlic 1 tsp.

Step 1
Mix almond flour, psyllium, baking powder, garlic and salt in a large bowl

Step 2
Pour in the egg whites.

Step 3
Stir the batter until smooth

Step 4
Divide the dough into two portions and roll into balls

Step 5
Roll out the balls and bake for 10 minutes in a preheated 180 C oven

Step 6
Cut each “bun” like a hamburger bun and then into cubes.

Step 7
Lightly drizzle the croutons with butter and sprinkle with Parmesan.
Cool and serve!
