KETO BREAKFAST ROLLS

Keto breakfast rolls are made with eggs topped with bacon, sausage and Cheddar cheese. A delicious and hearty keto counterpart to fast food. They are easy to make and easy to store – you can fry many portions in advance and put them in the fridge.

Ingredients :

10 eggs

Cheddar cheese 150g

Your favorite sausages, fried 5 units.

Bacon (bacon slices) fried 5 p.m.

Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Mix two eggs in a bowl and pour into preheated pan. Salt and pepper.

Step 2
Fry under a lid over medium heat for two to three minutes.

Step 3
When the eggs are almost cooked, first place 30g of cheese, then the cut lengthwise sausage and bacon slices.

Step 4
Carefully roll up the edges of the omelette to make a roll and invert

Step 5
Finish frying and remove the finished roll from the pan.
Repeat steps 1-4 five more times )
