In this version of the keto recipe, we’ll take ricotta specifically, as it bakes beautifully. We also add some ham and a little garlic and provincial herbs to give the dish an Italian twist.

Ingredients :

You will need:
Chicken egg 12 pcs.
Ham 500g
Frozen spinach 150g
Ricotta 100 g
Heavy cream 30 g
Onions half a piece.
Garlic powder quarter tsp.
Provencal herbs a quarter tsp.
Salt to taste
Step 1
Turn the oven on to 180° C.
Finely chop the onion.
Step 2
In a blender mix the four eggs, cream, ricotta and onion until smooth

Whisk in the remaining eggs.
Step 4
Mix the contents of the blender and the eggs in a large bowl

Add spices and mix until smooth

Then, add the defrosted, squeezed and chopped spinach and finely chopped ham

Pour the batter into a baking dish.
Place in the oven for 30-35 minutes, until the top looks baked
