Ingredients :
Grated mozzarella cheese 250g
Cream cheese 2 tablespoons
Almond flour 100g
Egg 1 egg
Baking powder 1 tsp.
Provence herbs 1 tsp.
Garlic powder 1 tsp.
Salt to taste
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Add the mozzarella and cream cheese to a large bowl and place in the microwave for 45 seconds. Then, add the egg, almond flour, baking powder, Italian seasoning, garlic, and salt to the bowl and mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Transfer the dough to a large sheet of parchment, cover with another sheet and roll out the dough with a rolling pin until about 0.5 cm thick. Peel off the top layer of paper, transfer the pizza to a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Remove from the oven and add your favorite sauces, cheese and toppings.
Bake the pizza for another 5-8 minutes or until golden crust.
