Ingredients :
Olive oil 2 tablespoons
Tomato 1 tbsp.
Onion, powder 1 tsp.
Garlic, powder 1 tsp.
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Cabbage (Kale) 100g
Egg 2 Eggs
Step 1
Heat the oil in a small cast-iron frying pan, add the chopped tomato and spices, fry for 3-4 minutes until soft.
Step 2
Add the cabbage and fry for another 2-3 minutes. Make two compartments in the mixture and beat in the eggs
Step 3
Cover and fry for 4-5 minutes over low heat until the whites stabilize. Season with salt and serve.
