PERFECT THIN KETO PANCAKES

How many copies have been broken about thin pancakes – they were torn, or not thin at all… Finally, I made them! Perfect thin pancakes with almond flour!

Almond flour contains a lot of monounsaturated fats, which lower “bad” cholesterol and normalize blood pressure;
it is full of essential vitamins and minerals, such as magnesium and calcium;
100g of almond meal has 26g of protein, 54.5g of fat and only 13g of carbohydrates, the best solution for a keto diet!

Ingredients :

Large egg 4 pcs.

Almond milk 1/4 cup

Almond flour 3/4 cup.

Butter 2 tablespoons.

Erythritol 1 tsp.

Salt to taste

Step 1
Break eggs into a bowl, add almond milk and whisk for about a minute until lightly foamy

Then, gently add the flour, sweetener and salt. Stir thoroughly and let stand for 5 minutes.

Step 3
Fry the pancakes in a well-heated pancake pan in butter
