SALMON CUTLETS

This keto salmon cutlet recipe is a concentrate of goodness that’s hard to beat! It’s got high quality protein and OMEGA-3 from salmon, fiber and healthy fats from avocado, olive oil, garlic… This dish should be in your diet at least once a week!

Ingredients :

C/c canned salmon 150g

Egg 1 egg

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp.

Garlic clove 1 pc.

Ginger powder 1/4 tsp.

Olive oil 2 tbsp.

Salt to taste

Avocado (medium size) 1 pc.

Sour cream 80 ml

Cilantro to taste

Water 2 tbsp.

Lemon juice 2 tbsp.

Step 1
Drain the liquid from the can of salmon. In a bowl, combine fish, egg, mayonnaise, minced garlic, ginger and salt.

Step 2
Make 4 patties and fry over medium heat in olive oil for 4-5 minutes on each side (until lightly golden)

Step 3
For the sauce, combine avocado pulp, sour cream, cilantro, a tablespoon of olive oil and lemon juice in a blender. Add water until desired consistency is reached.
