If I were compiling my top 5 favorite foods, Buffalo wings and chicken soup would be on it. I won’t say the exact positions, as this is a dynamic ranking. As you may have guessed, in this recipe I decided to combine the beautiful with the wonderful and make Buffalo Chicken Soup!

Ingredients :
Cauliflower 350g
Smoked chicken 450g
Buffalo sauce, sugar-free 60 ml
Chicken broth 1250 ml
Onion powder 1 tsp.
Blue cheese 80g
Green onion 1 tbsp.
Step 1
Pour the broth into a saucepan, put the cauliflower, sauce and onions in it. Cook for 20 minutes, until the cauliflower can be pierced easily with a fork.
Step 2
Remove from heat, cool slightly, pour into a blender and chop until smooth
Step 3
Then, pour back into the pot, add the pieces of smoked chicken and bring to a boil. then, remove from the heat and pour onto plates. Garnish with finely chopped onions and blue cheese.
