CAULIFLOWER MUFFINS WITH BACON AND CHEESE

Ingredients :

Shredded cauliflower 300g

Grated cheddar cheese 100g

Big hen’s egg 2 pcs.

Bacon ( slices, chopped) 7 pcs.

Almond flour 25 g

Feta cheese 25g

Baking powder half a tsp.

Garlic powder two teaspoon.

Celery two tsp.

Oregano two tsp.

Two tsp. paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Shred the cauliflower, place in a large bowl and add all the dry ingredients, bacon and cheese

Step 2
Add 2 eggs and mix thoroughly until the mixture holds its shape

Step 3
Spread the mixture into muffin tins

Step 4
Sprinkle with feta cheese.
Bake for 35 minutes in a preheated 180 C oven.
