Delicate peanut butter cookies with a chocolate “kiss.” As always – all keto style, minimum carbs and no sugar chocolate.

Ingredients :
Peanut flour 120 g
Almond flour 90 g
Coconut flour 3 tablespoons
Baking powder 1 tsp.
Salt to taste
150g Peanut Paste
Butter 120 g
Erythritol 160 g
CO Egg 2 pcs.
Vanilla extract 1 tsp.
Dark Chocolate 120 g
Butter 2 Tablespoons
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175°C and line several large baking trays with parchment. In a bowl combine the peanut flour, almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder and salt.
In a large bowl, whisk the peanut butter and butter until creamy. Add the erythritol, then whisk in the eggs and vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Combine the mixtures and blend until smooth.
Step 2
Form the dough into balls 2-3 cm in diameter and place on baking trays. Wrap the bottom of a glass in plastic wrap and press each ball down. With your thumb, make an indentation to each cookie. Bake for about 15 minutes. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes, then transfer to a rack and cool completely.
Step 3
For the chocolate “kisses,” melt the butter and chocolate. Allow to cool slightly and pour into hollows. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
