Ingredients :
Soft goat cheese 240g
Smoked salmon 120 g
Radicchio salad 120 g
Oregano 2 tsp.
Rosemary 2 tsp.
Basil two tsp.
Garlic clove two pieces.
Salt and pepper to taste
Step 1
Finely chop oregano, rosemary and fresh basil. Finely grate the garlic. Add the goat cheese, herbs, garlic, salt and pepper.
Step 2
Mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Separate sixteen small leaves of equal size from the Radicchio cauliflower
Step 4
Place a slice of salmon and 15 g of the goat cheese mixture on each leaf.
Sprinkle lightly with black pepper before serving.
