Ingredients :
Tofu cheese 375 g
Turmeric ¼ tsp.
Yeast 1 tbsp.
Unsweetened almond milk 175 ml
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped fresh spring onions 10g
Step 1
In a large non-stick skillet, break the tofu into small pieces.
Add the turmeric and yeast and cook stirring for 5 minutes over a medium heat.
Step 2
Add the almond milk and stew for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tofu is slightly creamy. Season to taste, transfer to plates and sprinkle with green onions.
