Most of us on the keto diet miss bread specifically – hearty sandwiches and crunchy croutons in soup. Today I’m going to tell you how to bake airy keto bread, and make a very tasty and easy bacon, chicken and avocado sandwich!

Ingredients :
A big egg 3 eggs
Cream cheese 85g
Tartar 1/8 tsp.
Salt Quarter Tsp.
Ground dried garlic half a tsp.
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp.
Siracha (chili sauce) 3 tsp.
Bacon slices 6 pcs.
Cheese slices 6 pcs.
Cherry tomatoes 6 pcs.
Avocado 170g
Step 1
Preheat oven to 150 degrees. Break the eggs, yolks and whites separately, in two clean and dry bowls.
Step 2
Add the tartar and salt to the bowl with the whites. Using a mixer, beat the whites until soft peaks.
Step 3
Add the cream cheese to the bowl of yolks and whisk until pale yellow.
Step 4
Carefully and little by little, add the whipped whites to the bowl with the yolks.
Step 5
Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Divide the dough into about 6 portions and place on the parchment paper.
Step 6
Using a spatula, gently shape the future toasts into a more square shape. Sprinkle them with garlic and place in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
Step 7
While our airy keto bread is baking, fry the bacon and finely chopped chicken with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 8.
For the sandwich filling, start by mixing together mayonnaise and chili sauce and spread a third on the bottom half of the bread. Place the chicken on top of this hot sauce. Then – two slices of 2 slices of cheese, 2 slices of bacon, 2 sliced tomatoes. On top of the stuffing, place one-third of the avocado, crushing it into a puree. Cover the top with the other half of the keto bread.
