Ingredients :
Broccoli, cooked, chopped 250 g
Cheddar cheese, grated 225 g
Grated Parmesan cheese 30 g
1 egg
Almond flour 15 g
Garlic powder: half a tsp.
Salt to taste
Step 1
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together thoroughly. Place the balls of dough on a baking tray lined with parchment. We have 18 balls. Lightly press each ball on top with a fork.
Step 2
Bake for 12 minutes in a preheated 180°C oven. Then, flip the patties and bake for another 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
