Ingredients :
Large chicken filet 3 pieces.
Frozen spinach 300g
Creamy soft cheese 120 g
Ricotta cheese 50 g
Bacon ( slices) 12 gr.
Salt and pepper to taste
Step 1
Defrost spinach and squeeze well.
Step 2
Mix the spinach with the soft cheese and ricotta. Season with salt and pepper.

Slice chicken breasts as shown in photo
Step 4
Carefully make “pockets” in the fillets and fill them with the cheese mixture
Step 5
Wrap the fillets in bacon. Wrap each pocket in two strips of bacon and secure with a toothpick

Fry our bombs on all sides until golden brown.
Step 7
Place the fried breasts in a baking dish.
Bake for 35-40 minutes in a preheated 180 C oven.
