Pretty simple yet very tasty homemade breakfast muffin recipe is a godsend! I purposely don’t give it any particular flavor, so that by pouring different jams over it each time I get something new))
So far, my favorite version is the calorie-free chocolate sauce!

Ingredients :
Vanilla Flavor Protein 45g
Almond flour 1 cup
Eggs 0 5 pcs.
Butter 1/2 cup
Erythritol 1 cup
Baking powder 2 tsp.
Salt to taste
Milk 1/2 cup
Step 1
Melt the butter in the microwave and mix with the eggs, milk, baking powder and salt with a mixer
Step 2
Add the protein, flour and erythritol and mix until smooth.
Step 3
Pour the batter into a mold and bake in a preheated 180 C oven for 32-37 minutes
Step 4
Allow the cake to cool for 15-20 minutes before removing it from the mold
