KETO BAGEL RECIPE

The May holidays are upon us! That means you need some yummy things to take on a picnic) Here are some savory, low carb, gluten free, wheat flour free cheese bagels. You only need 5 ingredients and half an hour of time

Ingredients :

Grated mozzarella cheese 350g

Cream cheese 60g

3 Eggs

Almond flour 170 g

Baking powder 1 tbsp.

Step 1
In a small bowl, mix together the almond flour and baking powder. Set aside.
Mix mozzarella and cream cheese and put in microwave for 2.5 minutes. Stir every 30 seconds. In a blender, blend dry ingredients, cheese and 2 eggs until smooth.

Step 2
With wet hands, form “sausages” of dough and place on parchment or silicone mat in a bagel shape. Brush them with the rest of the egg and place in a preheated 200°C oven for 15 minutes.
