KETO PIZZA FRITTATA RECIPE

Probably my favorite version of the frittata! In fact, this keto recipe is pretty good: first, it tastes awful good) second, it saves me a ton of time during the week, because I make this wonderful pizza on Sunday night, and my lover and I eat it in the morning until Thursday, just warming up a slice in the microwave!

Cooking time 30-45 minutes

Portion quantity 8

Ingredients :

12 large egg.

Frozen spinach 200g

Mozzarella cheese 150 g

Parmesan cheese 50 g

Ricotta cheese 50 g

Pepperoni Sausages 1 pc.

Olive oil 4 tbsp.

Nutmeg and a half teaspoon.

Dried garlic and half a tsp.

Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Defrost the spinach in the microwave and squeeze out all the excess moisture.

Step 2
Mix eggs, spices and olive oil until smooth.

Step 3
Chop the spinach finely. Add it to the egg mixture, along with the Ricotta and Parmesan. Stir

Pour the mixture into a ceramic baking dish. Sprinkle grated mozzarella on top and lay out the pepperoni.

Step 5
Place in a preheated 180 C oven. Bake for 30 minutes. If you are using a glass baking dish, bake for 40-45 minutes.

Step 6
Before serving, garnish with your favorite sauce)
