Alas, cereals are full of carbohydrates and we can’t afford them, and you can’t eat Carb Block forever) So, we offer you a recipe for keto porridge! It tastes great and only 2.5 g of net carbs per serving!

Ingredients :
Flax meal 2 Tablespoons
Almond flour 2 tablespoons
Sesame seeds, ground 2 tablespoons
Almond milk 120 ml
Erythritol 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Step 1
Place flaxseed and almond flours, ground sesame seeds, erythritol and salt in a bowl and mix together. Add 1/2 cup almond milk and place in microwave for 1 minute. Stir. Then put in the microwave for another 1 minute. You can add more almond milk and sprinkle with berries if desired.
If you are not using the microwave, heat and stir the porridge in a ladle on the stove until thickened.
