It’s so hard to find keto diet snacks at the store these days! It’s the chocolates with a mountain of sugar, or the protein bars… We have to make our own. Here’s a recipe for coconut cashew bars that you don’t have to bake, either!
They’re pretty easy to make, they can be refrigerated or frozen – whatever you like. Most importantly, they’re keto-friendly! If you like a more crumbly texture, chop the cashews in a food processor before adding them to the batter.

Ingredients :
Almond flour 100g
Cashews 50g
Coconut shavings 25 g
Butter 25 g
Low-calorie maple syrup 25 ml
Cinnamon 2 tsp.
Salt to taste
Step 1
Mix almond flour and melted butter in a bowl
Step 2
Add the cinnamon and maple syrup to the mixture. Stir thoroughly.
Step 3
Then, add the coconut shavings.
Step 4
Sprinkle in the chopped cashews.
Step 5
Place the dough on parchment in a mold and sprinkle the coconut shavings on top
Step 6
Place in the fridge for at least two hours, then remove and cut into 8 pieces.
