Finding keto burger buns at the store is a mission impossible. At least in our country. However, you can always make your own! That’s why I came up with this recipe for keto buns. What’s more, we will cook them in the microwave, which means it will take no more than 5 minutes!

Ingredients :
Large egg 1 egg.
Almond flour 1 Tbsp.
Chicken broth 1 tbsp.
Butter 1 Tablespoon
Psyllium 1 tbsp.
Baking powder a quarter teaspoon.
Step 1
Crack an egg into a microwave-sized bowl. The diameter of the bowl determines the size of your future bun
Step 2
Melt the butter in the microwave for 10-15 seconds, then pour it into the egg and beat lightly
Step 3
Add one tablespoon of almond flour, a tablespoon of psyllium, baking powder, and a tablespoon of chicken broth
Step 4
Mix everything to a batter and send to the microwave for 60-75 seconds. The bun will rise very much and then settle slightly when you take it out of the microwave.
Allow to cool slightly and cut in half.
Now, assemble your favorite burger!
