SALMON CUTLETS

Ingredients :

Salmon fillet 150g

Garlic powder tsp.

Oregano, cumin, paprika tsp.

Salt and pepper to taste

Green onions 25g

Avocado oil to taste.

Step 1
Finely chop the green onions. Mix all the dry spices in a bowl.

Step 2
Chop salmon fillets into small pieces (like tartar). Add the spices, onions, mix thoroughly with your hands and form into three patties.

Step 3
Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add avocado oil (you can use olive oil) and fry the cutlets for 3-4 minutes on each side. Do not overcook!

Step 4
Serve with avocado and egg, or bake portobello mushroom caps and make burgers!
