Ingredients :
Cauliflower 1 pc.
Salt 1/2 tsp.
Almond flour 25g
Grated cheddar cheese 25 g
Parmesan cheese 50 g
Large egg 3 pcs.
Avocado oil 1 Tbsp.
Step 1
Chop the cauliflower in a blender until ricey. Place in a bowl and season with salt and leave for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Then, add the almond flour, cheese and eggs to the cauliflower. Mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Heat a pancake pan over medium heat, add avocado oil and fry the pancakes for 3-4 minutes on each side. When removing the finished fritters from the pan, place them on a paper towel to let the excess oil and moisture drain away.
Serve with sour cream and green onions!
