SPICY PUMPKIN LATTE

On chilly and gloomy mornings, there’s nothing better than treating yourself to a hot cup of coffee. Except to treat yourself to a cup of creamy, flavorful, pumpkin and such a spicy Latte!

Why not make this keto recipe instead of spending 300 rubles at the local coffee shop? Especially since it fits your low-carb diet and tastes so much better than store-bought coffee.

For this keto recipe, you’ll need an immersion blender (I didn’t manage to blend all the ingredients to the perfect consistency with just a spoon the first time).

Ingredients :

Coffee (freshly brewed and strong) 200 ml

Coconut milk 100g

Pumpkin puree 25g

Spice mix 2 tsp.

Cinnamon half a tsp.

Vanilla extract 1 tsp.

Fat whipped cream 2 tablespoons

Butter 2 tablespoons

Liquid stevia to taste

Step 1
Put the pan on a low heat. Add butter, pumpkin, coconut milk and spices.

Step 2
While the mixture is heating and mixing, brew 200 ml of strong coffee.

Step 3
Once the mixture in the pot is hot and bubbling, stir it thoroughly.

Step 4
Pour the coffee into the pot.

Step 5
Add liquid stevia extract (I used 15 drops) and heavy cream. Whisk the mixture thoroughly with a blender.
Pour into cups, place whipped cream on top, and sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon. Sit back, relax and enjoy this morning!
