Cream cheese 210g

Mozzarella 360g

Egg 4 eggs

Almond flour 120g

Baking powder 4 tsp.

Butter 1 Tbsp.

Step 1
Melt the cream cheese and grated mozzarella in a microwave or in a water bath. Mix until smooth. Add almond flour, eggs, baking powder, and salt and mix thoroughly.

Step 2
Divide the dough into 24 pieces and roll into balls. Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a 22cm dish with butter. Place the balls of dough in the mold and place in the oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
