Cauliflower 450g
Egg 3 pcs.
White onion ½ pcs.
Salt and pepper to taste
Butter for frying 110g
Step 1
Chop the cabbage in a blender and finely chop the onion. Put everything in a bowl, add eggs, salt, pepper, mix and leave to stand for 5-10 minutes.
Step 2
Melt the butter over medium heat and fry the pancakes for 4-5 minutes on each side.
