CHICKEN LEGS WITH GARLIC

Ingredients :

Chicken legs 8 pieces.

Olive oil 2 tablespoons

Garlic cloves 5-10 pcs.

Lemon juice 1 unit.

Fresh parsley, finely chopped 120 g

Butter 4 tbsp.

Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Put the legs in a baking dish, generously greased with butter. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with parsley and minced garlic. Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil.

Step 2
Put in a preheated 225 C oven and bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown. You can turn the temperature down slightly for the last 10 minutes.
