Egg 2 pcs.
Bacon (slice/slice) 2 pcs.
Egg yolk 1 pc.
Butter 75g
Lemon juice half a tbsp.
Salt to taste

For the sauce:
In a ladle, mix the egg yolk and lemon juice and add a teaspoon of water. Place on a low heat, heat and begin to add one tablespoon of oil and stir thoroughly.

When all the butter is incorporated and the texture is homogeneous, remove from the stove, salt and cool.

Fry the bacon in a non-stick pan until it gives up almost all the fat. Then, flip on a paper towel and blot on both sides.

Prepare the poached eggs: break an egg into a “bag” of clingfilm, wrap, and drop into boiling water for three minutes.
Step 5
Take bun, cut into two pieces, pan-fry lightly on cut side; place bacon, poached egg on top and pour over hollandaise sauce!
