KETO TOAST WITH BUTTER AND JAM

Keto toast with butter and jam is my favorite morning treat! It’s an amazing moment when you feel like a “regular” person who eats more than just eggs and bacon all day long.))

Of course, I use no calorie jam.

Ingredients :

Almond flour 50g

Coconut flour 1 tablespoon

Egg 1 pc.

Butter 1 tbsp.

Baking powder half a tsp.

Salt and spices to taste

Step 1
Place all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well with a whisk until smooth, pour into a tin and microwave for 90 seconds
