PIZZA WITH CHICKEN BASE

Ingredients :

Chicken breast 600g

Grated Parmesan cheese 100g

Oregano, rosemary, salt and pepper to taste

Ketchup, sugar-free 3 tbsp.

Grated mozzarella cheese 50 g

Green peppers half a piece.

Step 1
Add the chicken filet and 60g of Parmesan in a blender. Blend in the Pulse mode. Line a baking tray with parchment and place a pizza base less than 1 cm thick. Bake for about 13-15 minutes. in a preheated 230°C oven until golden crust on the edges.

Step 2
Take the base out, cool slightly, brush with ketchup, sprinkle with Parmesan, put chopped green peppers, sprinkle mozzarella on top and return to the oven for 6-10 minutes.
