ROLL WITH FETA, SPINACH AND HERBS

One of the best keto breakfasts you can think of! It’s also incredibly easy to make! The main difference from the famous Starbucks roll is that instead of a pita, we’ll be using a thin omelet. It’s perfect for a keto diet, plus it makes the dish more tender and filling.

Ingredients :

Chicken egg 5 pcs.

White of a chicken egg 3 units.

Fresh spinach 100g

50 gr Feta cheese

Dried tomatoes 3 pcs.

Basil ( leaf ) 4 pcs.

Sesame oil 1.5 teaspoons.

Olive oil 1.5 teaspoons.

Salt to taste

Step 1
In a large bowl combine eggs, egg whites, salt and sesame oil

Step 2
Whisk until lightly foamy.

Step 3
Fry half of the mixture on a nonstick pancake pan over medium heat on one side

Step 4
When the eggs have set on top, place the resulting pancake on a towel to cool and release any excess moisture

Step 5
Lightly fry the spinach so it’s soft but still light green

Step 6
Fry the second pancake.
Divide spinach, feta, and tomatoes into two equal portions

Step 7
Place the spinach first, then the Feta, tomatoes and basil on the pancake. Add olive oil.
Gently roll up the roll. You can use parchment for convenience.
