SIMPLE KETO PIZZA

Ingredients :

Mozzarella Cheese 370g

Almond flour 70g

Tomato paste 70g

Fresh basil 4 pcs.

Step 1
Grate 220g of mozzarella. Heat 170g of cheese in the microwave (one minute heating, stirring, 30 seconds heating, stirring, etc, until soft and smooth). Add the almond flour and mix thoroughly

Step 2
Place parchment on a baking tray, spread out the dough and roll out. Place in a baking tray in a preheated 180°C oven (with convection mode) for 10 minutes

Step 3
Spread the base with the tomato paste and sprinkle with the grated mozzarella. Cut the rest of the cheese into rounds and place on top. Return to the oven for another 5-10 minutes.

Step 4
Sprinkle finely chopped Basil on the finished pizza and serve!
