Pie crust 1 pc.
White cabbage 300g
Onions 1 pc.
Olive oil 2 tablespoons
Egg 2 pcs.
Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
Parmesan cheese 50 g
Cheddar cheese 50 g
Greens (dill) to taste
Step 1
Prepare base for the pie

Boil water in a pot. Cut the cabbage into small cubes 2-2.5 cm wide and boil for 15-20 minutes. Place the boiled cabbage in a colander to drain.

In a pan with one tablespoon of olive oil, fry the finely chopped onion until golden. Then, add the second spoonful of oil and the well-seasoned cabbage. Season with salt and pepper and fry for about 15-20 minutes, stirring regularly.
Step 4
Boil one egg and grate into the cooked cabbage. Mix the filling thoroughly and spread it on the crust

Mix the raw egg and mayonnaise. Spread evenly over the filling.
Sprinkle finely grated Parmesan, Cheddar and chopped dill on top

Send the tart in a preheated 180 C oven for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted completely and has an even golden crust
