Chia seeds 2 Tbsp.
Coconut milk 75 ml
Vanilla Extract to taste
Step 1
Mix all ingredients in a bowl or jar
Step 2
Cover and place in fridge overnight (for at least 4 hours)
Step 3
When the pudding has set, serve cold, garnished with cream and berries
You can also add cinnamon, cardamom, cocoa or peanut butter, whatever you like!
