Butter 100g
Erythritol 130 g
Vanilla Extract 1 tsp.
Egg 1 egg
Baking powder 1/2 tsp.
Salt to taste

Step 1
Melt the butter and whisk with the erythritol. Add the vanilla extract, egg, baking powder, salt and almond flour. Mix thoroughly and add the chocolate.
Step 2
Shape the dough into 12 balls, place on a baking tray and bake in a preheated 180 C oven for 10-12 minutes. Leave to cool before serving.
