Ingredients :
Hazelnuts 400g
Cocoa 50g
Erythritol 4 tablespoons
Avocado oil 1 tablespoon.
Salt to taste
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 C. Place hazelnuts on a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes. Then remove the nuts and cool completely at room temperature.
Step 2
Peel the husks from the hazelnuts, transfer to a blender and grind until near paste consistency. Better yet, use the Pulse mode so the blender blades don’t overheat
Step 3
Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender and grind until smooth.
Transfer the paste to a jar and put it in the fridge for at least two hours
