A simple and very tasty cookie recipe that will take you back to your childhood like a time machine! On chilly February evenings, a little warmth and nostalgia won’t be out of place!
Cooking Time 47 min.
Portion quantity 40
Ingredients :
Almond flour 150g
Butter 90g
Erythritol 50 g
Vanilla flavoring to taste
Step 1
Soften the butter slightly, then mix all the ingredients in a large bowl and knead with your hands until you have a smooth dough. Cover with clingfilm and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Roll out the dough and cut out cookies using molds.
Tip: I usually put the dough between two sheets of parchment so the dough doesn’t stick to the countertop or rolling pin.
Step 3
Transfer the cookies to a baking tray lined with parchment paper and place in a preheated 180°C oven for 7-10 minutes. Let the cookies cool completely, then enjoy with a cup of hot tea or coffee)
Bon appetit!
