SIMPLE RECIPE FOR VANILLA CUPCAKE

I’ve been battling over this recipe for a long time and finally came up with the perfect proportions!

Last time I experimented with a new brand of flour and honestly, I was more than satisfied!

Cooking Time 60 Minutes

Portion quantity 12

Ingredients :

Almond flour 1.5 cups

Coconut flour 1/4 cup

Vanilla-flavored protein 30 g

Baking powder 1 tsp.

Salt to taste

Egg s0 3 pcs.

Vanilla flavoring to taste

Sour cream 1/4 cup

Milk 1 cup

Butter melted 1/4 cup

Step 1
In a large bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, add the flavoring and beat with a mixer for 1 minute

Then, add sour cream, butter, and milk to the eggs and whisk for another half minute

Add dry ingredients in 2-3 batches and mix thoroughly

Step 5
Pour the batter into a baking dish and place it in a preheated 180 C oven for 50 minutes
