Yes, this is the recipe for the perfect keto dough. It works for hundreds of recipes! We’ve used it to make pizza bases, pies, and even dumplings!
Flour
We use a mixture of fine almond and coconut flour. We add a little xanthan gum to it to give the dough some viscosity. A tablespoon of psyllium can be used in place of the gum. The texture of the dough will be less elastic, but quite suitable for most recipes.
Cooking
It’s really quite simple: mix the flour, gum and leavening in a blender, add a little apple cider vinegar, an egg, water and wham! You get a dense ball that needs time to rest in the fridge, wrapped in clingfilm.

Coconut flour 24 g
Xanthan gum 2 tsp.
1 tsp. leavening agent
Apple cider vinegar 2 tsp.
Egg 1 egg
Water 3-5 tsp.
Step 1
Thoroughly mix the almond and coconut flours, xanthan gum, baking powder and salt in a blender. Add the vinegar, stir, then beat in the egg, stir and add water to consistency
Step 2
You will end up with a ball of dough that is sticky to the touch. Wrap it in clingfilm, crumple it up a bit and put it in the fridge for 10-15 minutes. Proceed to prepare your any culinary masterpieces!
