MINI CHEESECAKE RECIPE

In the states, all keto dieters go crazy for the mini desserts they call “fat bombs”.

So, I tried a dozen recipes for these “fat bombs” and most tasted like butter) So, I had to invent my own version.

Meet the mini Cheesecakes!

Cooking Time 10 minutes

Portion quantity 12

Ingredients :

Cream cheese 150g

Butter 50g

Erythritol 3 tbsp.

Vanilla flavoring to taste

Coconut oil 180 ml

Cocoa 1 Tbsp

Step 1
Melt the butter (either in the microwave or in a water bath), mix with the cream cheese in a bowl using a mixer until smooth.
Add 60 g of melted coconut oil, 1 tablespoon of erythritol and the flavoring. Mix thoroughly. Spoon the mixture into 12 bowls and place in the fridge for 20 minutes.

Step 2
Mix 120g of melted coconut butter, cocoa butter and 2 tablespoons of erythritol.
Take the molds out of the fridge, pour the mixture into a second layer and put back away for at least 4 hours
