Egg 2 pcs.
Erythritol 1 tbsp.
Salt to taste
Step 1
Melt the cream cheese in the microwave. Mix the cheese, eggs, erythritol and salt. Whisk until smooth.
Step 2
Cook on a well-heated pancake pan for 1.5 to 2 minutes on each side
