BLUEBERRY KETO MUFFIN IN A MUG

Sometimes you want a sweet treat and don’t have time at all. That’s where my favorite muffin cup recipes come to the rescue! There are so many, but blueberry is my favorite! I like to take it out of the mug and cool it down a bit after making it, but I usually can’t resist and eat it right out of the mug))

Cooking time 5 minutes

Number of servings 1

Ingredients :

Coconut flour 2 tablespoons

Baking powder half a tsp.

Blueberries 25g

Cream cheese 2 tablespoons

Butter 1 tablespoon

Liquid stevia half a tsp.

Egg 1 pc.

Erythritol to taste

Salt to taste

Step 1
Put the butter and cheese in a mug and put it in the microwave for 20 seconds. Then take it out and mix thoroughly.

Step 2
Add flour, baking powder and stevia, mix well; add egg and again mix thoroughly.

Step 3
Carefully add blueberries and put in microwave for 2 minutes
