This is the second season I’ve experimented with this pie and it finally came out! For some reason it was the blueberry pie recipe that I had trouble with, so I’ll give you some tips:
Get chocolate with at least 70% cocoa and, of course, no sugar. Better yet, find 80%. For example, RED. For one thing, we can use it, and for another, it behaves better in baked goods.
Since the dough is heavy, you have to whisk it a little longer to get enough air bubbles in it.

Ingredients :
Almond flour 120g
Egg 4 eggs
Olive oil 3 tablespoons
Baking powder 2,5 tsp.
Blueberries 100 g
Sugar-free dark chocolate 50 g
Vanilla flavoring to taste
Erythritol to taste
Salt to taste
Step 1
Place all the ingredients except the blueberries and chocolate in a bowl. Mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Carefully add blueberries and pieces of chocolate. Place the batter in a casserole dish.
Step 3
Pop future tarts in a preheated 200 C oven for 25 minutes
