The original recipe, which instantly went viral online, had only two ingredients: egg and cheese. However, they didn’t give the texture of the waffles, so we added not much flour)

Ingredients :
1 egg
Mozzarella 60g
Almond flour 25g
Baking powder a quarter teaspoon
Erythritol 3+3 tbsp.
Butter and a half tablespoons
Cinnamon half a tsp.
Step 1
Put the egg, grated mozzarella, flour and baking powder in a blender. Mix thoroughly, then add three tbsp of erythritol and mix with a spoon.
Step 2
Preheat the waffle iron, pour the batter into it and fry for 3-4 minutes. Take out the waffles, cool slightly.
Step 3
Melt the butter in the microwave and drizzle over the waffles. Sprinkle cinnamon and erythritol on top.
