Without further ado: Easy, quick and amazingly tasty recipe for chocolate cake with minimum carbohydrates

Ingredients :
Almond flour 120g
Coke 70g
1 egg
Coconut cream (or plain) 200 ml
Coconut oil 50g
Erythritol 2 tablespoons
Cocoa 2 tablespoons
Vanilla flavoring to taste
Salt to taste
Nuts half a cup
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 C.
Mix the coconut flakes, almond flour and egg with a blender until a thick dough is formed. Transfer the dough to a parchment-lined baking tray, flatten, making the sides a couple of centimeters high. Bake the base for 20 minutes until golden brown. Remove and cool.
Step 2
Now prepare the chocolate ganache. Melt the coconut butter, add the cream, cocoa, flavoring, a pinch of salt and erythritol. Pour into the cooled pie base and place in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
Step 3
Pan roast your favorite nuts and sprinkle over the tart before serving.
