Ingredients :
Coke flour 100g
Erythritol 150g
Cocoa 100 g
Baking powder 2 tsp.
6 Eggs
Whipping Cream 350 g
Butter, melted 100 g
Vanilla flavoring to taste
Step 1
Place the coconut flour, 100g erythritol, 50g cocoa, baking powder, eggs, 150g cream and butter in a bowl and mix thoroughly with a mixer.
Pour the batter into a baking dish and bake in a preheated 180 C oven for 25 minutes.
After, remove from the oven and cool at room temperature
Step 2
Whisk 200g of cream, add 50g of erythritol, 50g of cocoa and Vanilla flavouring. Continue to whisk until smooth.
Spread the cream on the cooled cake and leave in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
