Ingredients :
Coconut flour 40g
Erythritol 60g
Cocoa 3 tablespoons
Baking powder 1 tsp.
Salt to taste
Egg 4 Eggs
Butter melted 60 g
Vanilla flavoring to taste
Instant Coffee 2 tsp.
Step 1
Mix the coconut flour, erythritol, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Add the eggs, melted butter, flavouring and coffee and mix well.
Step 2
Pour the batter into the doughnut mold. Bake for 16 to 20 minutes in a preheated 170°C oven. Leave to cool for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
