CINNAMON BAGELS

The aroma of cinnamon in the house always creates the right atmosphere of coziness and warmth. Delight your family and friends with a fresh pastry that will please absolutely everyone, regardless of their dietary cravings!

Ingredients :

Grated mozzarella cheese 120g

Cream cheese 30g

2 Eggs

Almond flour 150g

Erythritol 3 tbsp.

Baking powder 2 tsp.

Butter 2 Tablespoons

Cinnamon 1 tsp.

Salt to taste

Step 1
Put the cream cheese and mozzarella in the microwave and melt. Heat in intervals of 30 seconds each time, stirring until a homogeneous mixture is formed. Add the eggs and beat with a mixer for 1-2 minutes.

Step 2
Mix together the almond flour, one tablespoon of erythritol, salt and baking powder and add to the batter and mix thoroughly. A mixer with a dough attachment is ideal for this, but you can also stir with a spatula.

Step 3
Moisten your hands with water, take 1/6 of the dough and roll out a sausage about 30 cm long.

Step 4
Fold the sausage into a braid.

Step 5
Place the top of the pigtail on top of the bottom to form a bagel

Step 6
Transfer the bagels to a parchment-lined baking tray and bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 15 minutes. Take out the baking tray and brush the hot bagels with butter.

Step 7
Mix the cinnamon and remaining erythritol and sprinkle over the bagels.
